At Kollektive, we want you to love your curated wardrobe. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
